Re-defining a significant base metals province

Northern Australia is highly prospective for minerals (zinc, other base metals). The Board and Management team have strong track record and minerals expertise. Exploration techniques that are inspired by the petroleum industry have been adopted to reduce costs by ensuring simultaneously exploring for petroleum and minerals on tenures in the McArthur and Isa Basins.

Current Portfolio

  • 12,000km² of prospective exploration permits in Northern Australia (100% owned)

  • Targeting by-passed, missed and recently identified rich metal prone areas with new exploration techniques
  • On trend with existing McArthur River (NT) and Century (QLD) mines

  • 2D seismic coverage in QLD EPMs
  • Potential for zinc, lead, copper and other base metals hosted in stratiform and structural settings

  • Discovered metals and indicators in recent drill/core holes that are based on new concepts, integrating mineral and petroleum exploration techniques
  • Targeting 8 metal prone source rock packages, in addition to diamond-bearing kimberlites

  • 15 high graded areas for shallow drilling campaign- stacked intersection potential

  • Central to concentrate ship loader at Bing Bong Port

Significant footprint in highly prospective locations

Lake Victoria Downs - SEDEX Prospect

  • Regional gravity is very coarse at 10km grid
  • More detailed 1km gravity grid through central part of application (yellow outline)
  • Shape of Victoria River Downs (‘VRD’) dome visible in gravity - 3 highs within dome, if validated, could be exploration targets
  • New concepts will lead to new discoveries - metals occur with oil

Lamont Pass - Mineralisation Extending over 15km

  • Lamont Pass 3: Discovered 75m discordant Fe± Zn-Pb-Cu deposit in Cooley Member of the Barney Creek @ c. 800m along +15-km high density gravity anomaly

  • 11 areas identified for oriented geochemical soil surveys in 2015 based on gravity survey and Lamont Pass-3 result

South Nicholson Basin, Queensland

Underexplored land, lying between recent major discoveries at Century and Walford.

  • Several 300m depth gravity targets located along known mineralised structures. The strongest lies at Desert Creek adjacent to a widespread area of low grade zinc at the Bluebush prospect
  • Petroleum wells and seismic have demonstrated the presence of prospective pyritic shales at reasonable depths. Ongoing, Armour's exploration information will continue to be useful to Ripple

World Class Zinc & Copper District - Seismic and Gravity Control

  • 2009km² 400m line spaced gravity-magnetic-TMI survey north of Century Mine and south of Walford Creek Trend and 2D seismic coverage
  • Multiple high density anomalies modelled from survey above c. 300-m, associated with major lineaments on strike with local mines & outcropping mineralisation
  • Leases strategically located south of Walford Creek Area JORC Resource - 48mt @ >1.5% Cu, 0.88% Zn, 20g/t Ag, 731ppm Co and north of Century Mine- 122 Mt Zn-Pb-Ag
  • Up to 9 PJ/annum GSA with active hydrocarbon developer in area to supply natural gas to open pit mining operations
