Nicholas mATHER, eXECUTIVE chairman

Nicholas Mather has been involved in the junior resource sector at all levels for 34 years during which time he has been instrumental in the creation of resource companies with aggregate market caps at takeover and currently of approximately $6.8Bn.
He is currently CEO of SolGold plc, heading up a tier 1 copper gold porphyry in Ecuador driving the market capitalisation to £630 million. Nick also sits on the board of IronRidge Resources, Aus Tin Mining, Dark Horse Resources and Lakes Oil.

Co-founder and served as an Executive Director of Arrow Energy NL until 2004. Arrow Energy was acquired in 2010 by Shell and PetroChina, for a value of approximately $3.5 billion.
Founder and Chairman of Waratah Coal Inc. until December 2008 when it was acquired for $130m.
A co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Bow Energy Limited until its recent takeover by Arrow Energy Pty Ltd in January 2012 for approximately $550 million
Nick also drove, as CEO, the discovery of the Pooncarie Mineral Sands project for BeMaX Resources prior to its purchase (£350 million) and the generation of the bulk of the asset base for Northern Energy ($250 million). He was a founding director of Orbis Gold which was sold in 2014 for AU$178 million and sub underwrote the refinancing of Ballarat Gold prior to its AU$500 million takeover by Lihir Gold.
Stephen Bizzell, Non-executive director
Stephen is the Chairman of boutique corporate advisory and funds management group Bizzell Capital Partners Pty Ltd. He is currently also a director of ASX listed Stanmore Coal Ltd, Renascor Resources Ltd, UIL Energy Ltd and Laneway Resources Ltd.
He is also a former director of Queensland Treasury Corporation, Diversa Ltd, Apollo Gas Ltd and Dart Energy Ltd.
Stephen was previously an Executive Director of Arrow Energy Ltd from 1999 until its $3.5 billion acquisition by Shell and PetroChina in 2010.
Stephen was a co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Bow Energy Limited until its takeover by Arrow Energy Ltd in January 2012 for approximately $550 million.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant, has considerable experience and success in the fields of corporate restructuring, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions and has over 25 years’ corporate finance and public company management experience.
roland sleeman, non-executive director
Roland has 34 years experience in oil and gas as well as utilities and infrastructure.
Roland has served in senior management roles, including with Eastern Star Gas Limited as Chief Commercial Officer and AGL as General Manager of the Goldfields Gas Pipeline.
Roland is currently Chief Executive Officer of Lakes Oil.
EYTAN ULIEL, NON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Eytan is a finance executive with extensive oil and gas industry experience. Since 2015 he has served as Commercial Director of Bahamas Petroleum plc, a UK-listed company with conventional oil exploration acreage offshore The Bahamas. From 2009 – 2014 Eytan was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of Dart Energy Limited, an ASX listed company that had unconventional gas assets (coal bed methane and shale gas) in Australia, Asia and Europe, and Chief Commercial Officer of its predecessor company, Arrow International Ltd, a Singapore based company that had unconventional gas asset primarily in Asia and Australia.
From 2006 – 2008 Eytan was the Asian Regional Head of the Corporate & Structured Finance Group at Babcock & Brown. Prior to that, from 1999 - 2006 Eytan was with Carnegie, Wylie & Company, where he was most recently Managing Director responsible for the firm's Asian activities. Eytan commenced his career as a corporate lawyer, with leading Australian law-firm Freehills.
Eytan's experience is in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and general corporate advisory work, with oil and gas industry-specific experience in public market takeovers and transactions, private treaty acquisitions, and farm-in / farm-out transactions. He has also previously served as Chairman and chair of the audit committee of Easycall International Ltd (dual ASX / SGX listed), director and chair of the audit committees of Strike Energy Limited (ASX listed) and Jasper Investments Ltd (SGX listed), an alternate director of Thakral Corporation Limited (SGX listed), a director of CH4 Gas Ltd (ASX listed until merged with Arrow Energy Ltd), and an alternate director of Neverfail Springwater Ltd (ASX listed). Eytan was also previously a director and member of the audit committee of Lonely Planet Publications Pty Ltd, and a director of various Arrow / Dart entities across Asia and Europe.
Roger Cressey, chief executive officer
Mr Cressey is CEO of Armour Energy and brings 27 years of oil and gas project development experience to the company. Before joining Armour in 2011, Roger had held executive responsibilities for the design and delivery of oil and gas infrastructure, including major gas pipelines, processing plant and refinery upgrades projects, for companies such as Chevron, Exxon, Santos, Origin and others; across Australia, in PNG and Indonesia.
Since joining Armour as the General Manager – Infrastructure Development, and his later appointment as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Roger oversaw and coordinated Armour Energy’s exploration and development activities across remote Northern Australia.
Over the last two years as the company’s CEO, Roger has led Armour through the acquisition and recommissioning of the Kincora Gas Project in South-West Queensland, transitioning Armour from a pure exploration company to become a successful producer of oil, gas and LPG, supplying into the East Coast domestic energy market.
Richard Aden, chief Financial Officer
Mr Aden has in excess of 25 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Having worked globally for some of the largest oil companies, the last 12 years has been in Australia with ASX listed junior E&P entities in a variety of roles including GM Commercial and CFO.
Luke titus, Chief TECHNICAL Officer
Luke has extensive experience in progressing exploration plays into both resources and reserves for both private and public companies.
Luke gained his Bachelor of Science from Fort Lewis College, Durango, Colorado. He has over 17 years’ experience in both conventional and unconventional oil and gas exploration and development in the US, Australia, Africa, Canada, Central and South America.
He is a member of AAPG, SPE, SPWLA.
Luke has been instrumental in the development of Armour’s subsurface program across all projects and most recently and relevantly the Roma Shelf Project
Stewart Black, operations manager
Stewart Black began his career in the upstream oil and gas industry in 2000 at all levels in Production Facility Operations. He has worked in offshore UK North Sea, onshore and offshore in New Zealand and Qatar and onshore unconventionals in Australia. Stewart holds an MBA (oil and gas management) through Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen and is a Chartered Engineer through the UK Engineering Council and is a Member of the Energy Institute. Prior to joining Armour Energy in 2019, Stewart worked for Arrow Energy for five years in Operations Readiness and Assurance and in an Operations Manager role.
Stuart Fletcher, HSE Manager

Stuart Fletcher is an environmental and safety professional with over 20 years experience of delivering HSE activities across a range of high risk industries including oil & gas, construction and rail in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Stuart has senior management experience leading the HSE function to support the operation and development of conventional and coal seam gas projects and the execution of major construction projects.
MICHAEL LAURENT, GENERAL MANAGER DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Laurent is a professional engineer with over 20 years of diverse oil & gas industry experience and has successfully held various senior managerial and GM positions. His career spans a number of sectors and includes expertise in reservoir, drilling, facilities, production and operations with particular emphasis on resource and business development. Experience is underpinned with strong strategic, commercial and technical acumen in both conventional and unconventional reservoirs. Career accomplishments include a track record of accepting P&L responsibility and ensuring operational objectives and budgets are met and goals are reached.
Prior to joining Armour Energy, Mr. Laurent successfully held a variety of domestic and international technical leadership appointments. Most recently he worked for Santos where he was responsible for managing Cooper Basins oil and gas appraisal/development wells and field optimisation initiatives from inception through to approval and implementation.
Mr. Laurent joined Armour Energy in May 2019 and is a professionally registered engineer in both Australia and Canada.
